Role and Department Description:
We are looking for a full-time employee with a passion for Digital Marketing to help us drive the continued success of Salesforce marketing solutions. This is a demand generation role where the top candidate will demonstrate the ability to identify trends and challenges in lead production and develop and deploy programs to continually grow demand quantity as well as quality.  This opportunity to “market to marketers” will connect you to the world of digital marketing while offering the ability to touch nearly every facet of corporate marketing from direct mail to social targeting.
 
Your Impact:
  • Digital Marketing: Support our website, email and paid media strategy to improve the digital prospect and customer experience.  Identify and test new lead types to drive incremental growth. Ensure that our most current and high performing offers are represented.
  • Demand Gen Program Creation: Work with our front line sales teams, product marketing and vertical teams to build demand generation programs that enables our Sales Development team to deliver on their quarterly goals. This demands clear communication of product and campaign strategies as well as metric driven management of tasks.
  • Marketing Analytics: Support marketing programs that are relevant at the right time and right place to create, mature and accelerate sales closure. Build insights and analytics to help refine our priorities and demonstrate marketing influence.
  • Event Strategy: Be a the center of a great cross-functional team to manage the Salesforce experience at 3rd party and industry events as well as drive promotion and and attendee follow-up activities for Salesforce owned events like World Tours and Dreamforce.
  • Communicate: The marketing efforts of the demand generation team touch a wide variety of titles and teams within the organization.  Design and deliver resource guides that help sales teams understand and successfully use our campaign programs and tools.  Drive awareness of our campaign efforts through tools like email and Chatter.  
 
Basic Requirements: 
  • BA required (Marketing concentration preferred)
  • 4 Years+ work experience in marketing related role
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects at once, managing various contributors
  • Technical knowledge of Salesforce clouds, applications, platform and services
  • Digital Marketing background/knowledge preferred - Project Management experience valuable
  • Executes on broadly defined objectives requiring the use of creativity and ingenuity.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
  • Ability to keep up in a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to travel: 10%
