Marketing Database Specialist

The Marketing Database Specialist is a member of the Marketing organization and will report in through the Global Marketing Operations team. The person in this role will assist the Marketing Operations team with its data driven initiatives. The ideal candidate has an acute attention to detail and is extremely data driven.
  • Conducting bi annual cleansing of the Salesforce database
  • Continually monitoring Salesforce database for cleanliness and accuracy
  • Assisting the web team with the creation of asset URLs for the resource center
  • Managing pre and post event lists for our regional teams globally
  • Assisting with database build outs for regional teams
  • Providing support to internal sales and partner teams
  • Supporting day-to-day marketing operations tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Data focused
  • Well organized and a very strong attention to detail
  • 0-1 years in a role that required strong attention to detail
  • Ability to take direction and seek clarity
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Very experienced with Microsoft Excel
  • CRM experience is preferred but not required
