As Lead User Researcher working on Commerce Cloud, you drive the User Research & Analytics initiative at the core of our Commerce products. Your insights will increase people’s productivity at work: merchants will be more effective at setting up their storefront and marketers will be on top of Campaigns and Promotions on products in their catalog. Commerce Cloud transforms the businesses of hundreds of thousands of customers and millions of users. Your insights will matter – at scale.
You distill complex problems into insights that inform design and development decisions. You eagerly seek out diverse data, and you triangulate them. You eagerly use new research methods to get at the heart of the issue, and you have expertise with the ‘tried and true’ ones.
