"Go to Market" Partner Sales Manager Düsseldorf: 

Role Description: 

The Go-To-Market Partner Sales Manager will be responsible to orchestrate the partner ecosystem for the HUB DÜSSELDORF (WEST). The role is RVP and Geo centric.

The GTM will define the Coverage & Engagement Plan.

Coverage Plan:
The GTM PAM will, together with the RVP / Industry lead, define the partners that we take to market for a certain industry. Also there will be a list of tactical partners and those to be recruited. The role will orchestrate any reseller, ISV and SI activity for the region with our reseller DTAG.

Engagement Plan:
He or she will agree on
a) Account Plan with the selected partners and key customers  
b) Demand Generation and GTM activities

A territory plan will be agreed with each RVP to outline which partners will deliver what in terms of ACV and pipeline.
The role will work closely with the Account Executives and the RVPs (Regional Vice Presidents) to take the selected partners proactive to market and will leverage the RSI (Regional System Integrator PAM) or GSI (Global System Integrator PAM) role to build in the partner competence and to leverage partner enablement to better skill the partner. The GTM PAM will work with Sales Partner Programs and Marketing to define the Initiatives per Industry / selected partner.

Key goals of the role are:
a) have the Key GTM partners defined per patch 
b) Set up of joint go to customer / go to market plans incl. Joint Account Plans for Key Accounts 
c) generate pipe with and through partners 
d) leverage on partner assets such as industry blueprints / full force incl. ISV solutions

  • 5 - 10 years in business
  • Sales, consulting practice or partner management background
  • Proven track record
  • Strong network/references on partner side
  • Business fluent level of German and English (written and spoken)
