Senior Manager / Manager, Software Engineering

You will be working with a group of world-class engineers to design/build/guide the breakthrough platform features our customers will love, adopt, and use, while keeping our trusted platform stable and scalable. Facilitate team stand-ups, planning, and review meetings as Scrum master and functional manager. Code and design reviews for new functionality and bug fixes. Interview, hire, and onboard new developers to the team. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and assistance to direct reports. Participate in cross-functional planning and reviews with leads from the Product Management and Quality Assurance functions. Write performance appraisals and career planning for direct reports. Manage escalations, production issues, and new product deployments to customers.
In depth knowledge and experience in: Object-oriented programming language, java preferred but not a requirement; customer issues management; and organizational and process management. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
