Your Impact:

  • Partner with Employee Success Business Leadership (ESBP) Leadership to understand business needs/objectives, develop strategies, and implement solutions to address needs
  • Partner with ESBP client lead on high impact initiatives, including: employee engagement, talent assessment, high potential development, succession planning, and change management initiatives
  • Serve as a project manager responsible for establishing project objectives, prioritizing responsibilities, delegating tasks, executing project deliverables, and tracking and measuring to successful completion
  • On-going analysis of client group; monitor and interpret trends and metrics around employee satisfaction, attrition turnover, etc. Partner with ESBP Leadership to establish recommendations for improvements or enhancements based on analysis
  • Deliver seamless Human Resources customer support by partnering with HR corporate functions and COEs, leveraging HR programs, policies, processes and systems
  • Excited to learn and thrive in Salesforce’s unique culture and proactively help identify issues/areas of development

Requirements and Key Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to support major initiatives across a diverse, geographically dispersed, and multicultural environment
  • Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups
  • Excellent presentation as well as verbal and written communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator
  • Ability to prepare senior level presentations plus collect, assimilate, and analyze data; must have strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to conduct group facilitation, coach, and counsel managers at all levels
  • Ability to partner with COEs to design, build, and implement programs and processes to support business
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, statutes, etc. which govern employment policies and practices
  • Knowledge of staffing, compensation, and talent management best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years HR experience, preferably within a high-growth organization
  • 5+ years of experience providing HR/ES Business Partner Support to large team
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including the desire to make others successful
  • Exceptional problem solving skills with passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning.
  • Results-driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in two or more functional areas within HR
