Location: San Francisco, CA
We help engineers and their customers observe and operate their services quickly and painlessly. We build web platforms for monitoring the internet of things, reporting the public health of Salesforce to our customers, and managing Salesforce’s infrastructure. Our products are used by thousands of people inside and outside of Salesforce every day.

Refocus is a visualization platform for representing, understanding, and managing service health and status. Refocus is an open source product that is easy to integrate external data, has an elegant user experience, and enables effective incident resolution.
