The Corporate Messaging and Content team is looking for a talented, inherently curious, and passionate Marketing Analyst to own reporting and inform strategy.

This is the era of the data-driven marketer, and we are looking for an analyst who can evolve our narrative by driving performance insights across the team and surfacing the right questions we need to solve for as we scale our organization.

The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for defining and measuring success, investigating opportunities for optimization, recommending strategies for growth, and delivering performance summaries and recommendations to marketing leadership. You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of corporate marketing programs and will engage with marketers across industries, digital, content, social, and product marketing. Communication is key: you will be responsible for explaining success metrics and performance to a non-analytical audience.

  • Track and report on KPIs and business metrics related to lead generation across awareness, engagement, and conversion stages

  • Create and deliver monthly performance reports and dashboards, with insights and recommendations, to team leaders

  • Collect data insights to drive strategy and improve performance

  • Build and maintain relationships across internal stakeholders including industry marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, sales strategy, and product marketing

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in marketing analytics

  • Exceptionally detail oriented with the ability to thrive in fast moving, ambiguous environments

  • Ability to use break down and explain complex analytics concepts to a non-analytical audience

  • Self-motivated and results oriented with a high regard for attention to detail

  • Strong oral and written communications skills

  • Highly proficient in Excel; Salesforce CRM experience preferable

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Passion about marketing and desire to pursue a career in marketing a big plus
