|Partner Sales Director – Healthcare & Life Sciences (Life Sciences and Med Device)
Location: New York, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Remote
We are looking for a talented professional and team player to join our Partner Sales team to design, launch and execute a plan to accelerate the growth of Salesforce with Partners in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry (HLS). The Partner Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales, business development and marketing initiatives with Consulting and ISV partners in HLS with a focus on Life Sciences and Med Device companies in the Enterprise segment (Strategic and Key accounts). This role will report to the RVP Partner Sales for Industries
This is an important role that requires a good balance of strategy, sales and a roll-up your sleeves capabilities. You must be a highly motivated individual with relevant experience working in a fast paced and cross-functional environment. You demonstrate strong business acumen, have outstanding communication skills and are able to effectively build relationships at all levels with Consulting and ISV partners. You have a proven track record of delivering results and you are known for making an impact when engaging with partners in a sales cycle and with our account executives. You get things done and add value in every interaction with partners, sales and sometimes customers.
You value your performance based on what you’re getting done in the field. You are smart and have the ability to make a notable impact within your first 90 days at Salesforce. You are able to effectively communicate and build relationships with Consulting and ISV partners with one goal in mind: drive joint pipeline and revenue.
Critical to this position is the ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including HLS sales leadership, account executives, partner management, marketing, industry, product, operations and partners.
