In this role, you will work cross-fuctionally to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning content to enable our internal Customer Success Group (CSG). You are passionate about learning with a strong track record of building effective and scalable learning programs. You are a strategic thinker, enthusiastic educator, and willing to take risks in order to achieve great results. You have the skill-set to influence decisions and identify continuous improvement opportunities in the area of Learning Development through analytics and measurement, production expertise and strong problem solving skills.



  • Work cross-functionally to determine learning requirements and develop measurable learning objectives
  • Work with subject matter experts to design effective course content, realistic examples, and appropriate hands on activities that meet learning objectives
  • Create course elements (e.g., graphics, audio, demonstrations, and simulations) using the appropriate tools. Assemble, QA, and deploy final course
  • Develop supporting resources including videos, case studies, tip sheets, assessments, challenge questions and other assets
  • Bring a deep understanding of our CSG learners, and be able to put yourself in the mind of the learner to create incredible, fun, aspirational, relevant content
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and time-management skills, leadership and judgment
  • Demonstrate a proactive, results-driven, attention to detail approach to the work
  • Manage content development process from start to finish with accountability to establish and ensure deadlines are met



  • 5-10 years instructional content development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (instructional design/technology)
  • Instructional design expertise and ability to apply concepts of adult learning theory
  • Ability to take complex, sometimes mixed messages from multiple stakeholders and transform them into simple, elegant, and clear content solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong demonstrated aptitude for creating training for both a technical audience and a business user audience
  • Experience with learning and/or design software tools (Photoshop, Articulate Storyline, Final Cut Pro, Captivate, Camtasia, etc…)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on-time results
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, demanding environment
  • Knows how to balance high standards for quality with the need to get to market fast



  • Graphic design experience a plus
  • Innovative and creative thinker, unafraid to take risks
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Experience working in a startup and/or technology environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products and culture
