About the job: Business Value Architect

In a nutshell

You will be passionate about creating trailblazer organisations fit for the digital age and have an understanding of the behavioural, business model and technological changes that are required to transform.

A team player, you will be able to seamlessly integrate into a number of live scenarios with customers from different industries and be the evangelist for creating, improving and coaching orientated around not just technical, but broader digital business agendas.

You will be excited by tackling a number of high-paced challenges simultaneously, contribute to thought leadership and drive consulting method in this area; assuming responsibility for a team of aligned architects.

  • enjoy building eminence around business value identification and tracking

  • comfortable developing junior resources

What you will do:

You will have a packed and varied agenda covering thought leadership, method development, team development and most importantly advising our customer ohana. In this role, you will be a leader within the ITC consulting community alongside other specialist communities where collaboration is paramount. Broadly speaking you will:

  • spend 60% of time engaging with customers in an advisory capacity

  • spend 20% of time developing thought leadership and consulting method

  • spend 20% of time on supporting eminence, team leadership and go to market activities

  • work with resident ITC teams to capacity burst or skill burst on business value

  • be able to transcend business, technology and experience

  • coach ITC customers on business value identification and measurement to achieve more; through learning and doing

Experience and Skills:

Ideally you will bring the following skills and experiences to the role:

  • experience in helping customers create value cases and frameworks

  • experience in helping customer-centric organisations prioritise what value is to them

  • creation of customer-centric value strategies and dependency maps

  • strong analytical skills

  • experience in creating a leading digital product, service or organisation

  • proven ability to operate on numerous clients simultaneously

  • history of presenting on your topic at industry events

  • proven ability to develop junior consultants
