Position: Regional Sales Enablement Senior Manager - Asia

To support the growth within the APAC region, Salesforce is committed to the success of its sales force by providing world class sales enablement. Aligning closely with both global and regional stakeholders, the Regional Sales Enablement Senior Manager reports to the Senior Director, APAC Sales Enablement. In this position you will be a member of a strategic team delivering high value to sales teams. You will be a key partner to sales leadership and support local account teams by delivering programs and coaching that improve sales competence, sales confidence, and executive level selling. You will support and coach new hires making them productive faster. This position requires an individual that is results oriented and passionate about helping sales exceed sales targets.

  • Onboard and train new hires to meet and exceed productivity and training requirements.
  • Partner with sales leadership across Asia to deliver programs that meet the requirements of the region and area sales teams.
  • Assess performance of sales teams to prioritize enablement strategies and tactics.
  • Coach and guide account executive and sales leader new hires through their onboarding experience.
  • Provide coaching and guidance around sales process, tools, resources, customer stories and best practices.
  • Help sales teams generate demand with prospecting coaching and territory planning.
  • Manage a training and enablement calendar.
  • Participate in building and delivering content for all sales events.
  • Continually work on evolving the regional productivity programs in region in conjunction with other members of the Sales Productivity team.
  • Minimum of 7+ years as a sales trainer and/or successfully delivering sales results in a quota carrying role.
  • Strong, detailed knowledge of high-touch, enterprise software sales cycles.
  • Technical and functional knowledge of CRM systems. Salesforce product knowledge a plus.
  • Firsthand experience with sales process methodologies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of working with all levels of sales reps and executives.
  • Demonstrated track record of self-starting and risk-taking.
  • Proven success in delivering sales training effectively.
  • Excellent presentation creation and delivery skills with demonstrated skills in adapting content by audience.
  • Clearly demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in both English and local market languages, with mandarin strongly preferred.
