Position Description

As part of the CSG Delivery Excellence and PMO team, the Sales & Delivery Support Manager is responsible for the review of new Services Projects engagements (commercial and risk analysis), in-flight project oversight and support, and direct consulting and support of troubled projects.

The Sales & Delivery Support Manager will be part of a Global team providing consultative support to assigned areas across the globe. Whether working with Success Associates and Engagement Managers on new deals, or with Project Managers, Engagement Managers and Regional Services Leaders on in-flight projects, the Support Manager brings their experience and skills, and knowledge of our Methodology and policies to help the team arrive at a successful conclusion. If necessary, the Support Manager may work on site with a team for a defined period of time. 


Experience/Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP Certification or equivalent 
  • Significant waterfall project management experience delivering technology services or business consulting services as a program or project manager in large, complex technical environments
  • Experience delivering professional services for a software product company
  • Experience with Agile SCRUM delivery practices
  • Experience in a Project / Program Management Office
  • Ability to provide thought leadership for project and program delivery
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with technical team members and clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate meetings where you will articulate complex concepts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills for C-level interactions with customer and internal Executives
  • Ability to work well in a crossfunctional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team oriented approach to problem solving
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a high level of attention to detail
  • Positive, energetic attitude to achieve great things
Experience/Skills Desired:
  • Salesforce.com experience SoftwareasaService experience (SaaS)/cloud computing Experience in area of CRM including:
    • Sales Force Automation Service and Support Field Sales Call Centers
    • Marketing Automation Digital Marketing Social Engagement
  • Prior experience with program and / or portfolio management
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Process development training and experience
