As part of the CSG Delivery Excellence and PMO team, the Sales & Delivery Support Manager is responsible for the review of new Services Projects engagements (commercial and risk analysis), in-flight project oversight and support, and direct consulting and support of troubled projects.
The Sales & Delivery Support Manager will be part of a Global team providing consultative support to assigned areas across the globe. Whether working with Success Associates and Engagement Managers on new deals, or with Project Managers, Engagement Managers and Regional Services Leaders on in-flight projects, the Support Manager brings their experience and skills, and knowledge of our Methodology and policies to help the team arrive at a successful conclusion. If necessary, the Support Manager may work on site with a team for a defined period of time.
