Role Description:

The Product Marketing Manager will be an expert on positioning the Einstein Analytics product set and understanding how it fits into the portfolio of all Clouds / Lines of Business and Industries at Salesforce.  He/she will be responsible for developing messaging, Plays, Pipe Gen and Closing campaigns and working with Campaigns, Sales, Enablement and other members of the Product Marketing team to design and deliver content to educate the Market and internal customer-facing organizations about our analytics products and their value proposition.  


He/she will be extremely hands-on in developing plays and programs that helps our Sales and Campaigns team generate and close pipeline.  The (Senior) Product Marketing Manager will be a Einstein Analytics product evangelist who is comfortable presenting to small and large groups and generating excitement and share of mind within our Core sales team.


Your Impact:

  • Create compelling content, messaging and visual presentations that helps our Sales team create and close pipeline.

  • Develop compelling play-books that drives reps to execute on pipe gen strategies in the Einstein Analytics and Core sales organizations. Work with campaigns and sales strategy to setup tracking that will drive the right pipe management behaviors.

  • Present and deliver content to various audiences

  • Work with other members of the Product Marketing team to ensure creation of content that is compelling and on message with product goals

  • Manage product marketing assets used to educate and evangelize our products across Core and Wave Analytics sales teams (e.g., Chatter page, SAVO, etc.)

  • Track and measure impact of enablement efforts and identify opportunities to improve the quality and methods of what the product marketing team produces


Basic Requirements:  

  • 5+ years of experience in Product or Corporate Marketing
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Business, etc).  MBA not required, but is appreciated.
  • Experience with, knowledge of and passion for digital marketing
  • Exceptional communication, story-telling and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and different functions; ability to take complex and make it simple
  • Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning, lead gen programs and closing strategies
  • High energy, charismatic, innovative, creative
  • Strong relationship-building, problem-solving and strategy skills
  • Dynamic confident personality with ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance and present to senior management
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-past environment
