We’re looking for a talented Product Marketing Sr. Manager or Manager to help lead our product marketing efforts.  As part of Salesforce's #1 Customer Success Platform, Quip is on a mission to change the way teams work together.  We’re doing this building a new class of productivity tool that every person at every company enjoys using every single day.

We’re looking for someone who can take innovative ideas and bring them to life. The ideal candidate is passionate about doing great marketing, energized by challenge, open to new ideas and willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done. S/he will drive Quip initiatives to build integrated marketing campaigns across the broader marketing organization and channels to amplify the Customer Success Platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Continue to extend the customer success platform vision through a persona lens with inspiring and disruptive marketing that showcases our product innovation and thought leadership
  • Develop positioning, presentations and other assets for internal and external audiences
  • Own and drive key product marketing initiatives, including sales enablement, market awareness, productreleases, and internal campaigns
  • Develop external campaign plans to carry product messages to market
  • Work with campaigns team to evaluate effectiveness of campaign messages and tactics
  • Evangelize/present the power of our Quip initiatives within Salesforce events and through 3rd party events
  • Work with a cross-functional team to accomplish annual goals and objectives
  • Partner with product teams and corporate marketing teams on the release strategy and execution across clouds including: launch themes, events, videos, internal (readiness) and external communications.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in product marketing in a high tech company
  • Knowledge and understanding of complex sales organizations
  • High energy, charismatic, and innovative
  • Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative marketing ideas
  • Dynamic, articulate, and confident personality with ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance
  • Strong communication, powerpoint, and writing skills
  • Ability to work across business lines
  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast pace environment
  • Organizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectively
  • Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
  • MBA a plus (but we also love brilliant people who didn't go to business school)
  • Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence
  • Existing Salesforce product marketing experience, a plus
