Description
The Trainee will be part of the Sales Development Organisation in our EMEA HQ in Dublin. He or she will support the business development team and get the opportunity to grow to a sales representative role in 6 months.
 
Responsibilities:
You will develop strategic value propositions, gain industry knowledge and collaborate with colleagues to execute business plans.
 
Other tasks will include you to strategically profile companies through creative research. Identifying new companies and analyze organizational structures for our Key Account Managers. Further you will work together to develop new ideas for engagement and retention and really develop an understanding of our company and our positioning in the market.

Requirements
 
  • You are a recent graduate from a Top University or Business School
  • You speak one or more of the following languages fluently: French, Spanish, Italian
  • If you speak any other languages the managers will like you even more!
  • You are a team player and you are a good talker (more commonly known as good communication skills!)
  • You have exceptional organizational and planning skills and have the ability to prioritize
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to use own initiative
  • You already have some customer facing and/or sales experience
  • You are a result driven person & interested in being a part of a fast-paced sales environment
