Hi, we’re the Salesforce Documentation and User Assistance Team (well, that’s the name on our birth certificate and passport, but please call us the Doc Team). Please allow us to introduce ourselves.
Salesforce Einstein is artificial intelligence (AI) built right into the Salesforce platform. It delivers advanced AI capabilities to sales, service, marketing, and communities—and enables anyone to use clicks or code to build custom AI-powered apps that get smarter with every interaction. Now, everyone in every role and industry can use AI to be their best.
As the Lead Einstein Doc Coordinator and Writer, you'll serve as point of contact for all things Einstein on the Doc Team. That means you'll:
In this role you’ll also serve as the doc writer for Einstein Builder, a project that allows Salesforce administrators to add custom predictions and other AI-based features to applications without having to write a single line of code. You’ll need to understand the data science that’s happening in the background and translate it into terminology that anyone can understand, in an engaging, friendly way. Then you’ll author the UI text, videos, trailhead modules, and help content that are necessary for a successful launch.
But enough about us! Let’s talk about you.
Our ideal team member:
It’s fantastic if you also happen to have experience with writing about AI and machine-learning-based applications, and/or the tools, technologies, and practices we use on the doc team, such as:
Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform and world's #1 CRM, empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way. The company was founded on three disruptive ideas: a new technology model in cloud computing, a pay-as-you-go business model, and a new integrated corporate philanthropy model. These founding principles have taken our company to great heights, including being named Forbes "World's Most Innovative Company" in 2017 and one of Forbes's "World's Most Innovative Company" the previous five years in a row and one of Fortune's "100 Best Companies to Work For" nine years in a row. We are the fastest growing of the top 10 enterprise software companies, and this level of growth equals incredible opportunities to grow a career at Salesforce. Together, with our whole Ohana (Hawaiian for "family") made up of our employees, customers, partners and communities, we are working to improve the state of the world.
