Diversity Program Lead - Quip

Quip is dedicated to growing a diverse organization with an emphasis on equality and inclusiveness. As a Diversity Program Lead, you will ideate, strategize and execute on Diversity and Inclusion programs and related recruiting efforts across the organization.

This role will partner closely with various business units to embed Diversity as a top focus and key value within each function. This person will work closely with Recruiting to ensure we are identifying, attracting and engaging underrepresented candidates, and will partner with Quip executives and leaders to ensure we are fostering an inclusive environment by driving our strategy and plans in this area and through focus on execution - driving training programs, best practices and analyzing our efforts.

  • Build and execute plans and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce at Quip
  • Define metrics for measuring the effectiveness of diversity initiatives implemented and report to Executive Team and broader Company on progress
  • Drive Quip's internal & external events strategy for Diversity
  • Serve as internal & external community liaison to develop partnerships and to promote diversity and inclusion
  • Lead Quip's external communication efforts around Diversity and Inclusion

  • Proven track record of leading Diversity and Inclusion strategy and initiatives
  • Ability to partner with recruiting to diversify candidate pipelines
  • Excellent program and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to follow-through and meet deadlines effectively and efficiently
  • Recruiting experience highly preferred
